Dedicated teams are monthly fixed (per-engineer rate × team size). For scoped projects we offer fixed-bid; for ongoing capacity, dedicated-team monthly is the default. Open T&M only when discovery genuinely needs it.
You do. IP assigns to you on payment per milestone. NDAs, IP assignment, non-compete and confidentiality are signed at engagement start. No ambiguity.
Replacement guarantee. Two-week notice from your side, we replace within 2–3 weeks at our cost. We aim to never reach this — but the safety net is there in writing.
